Is there a way of reporting a seller who doesn't communicate/respond to questions asked about the product he is listing? I think there SHOULD be a way to do this even if we haven't bought an item.
Okay I want to leave positive feedback for an item I've just received. I sign in, go to my ebay, click on the leave feedback link and end up back at the sign in screen.
If I sign in again from this screen I go nowhere. If I go back to my ebay I am still signed in. I try again the same thing happens.
I am quite new to ebay and have found that although I have sold a number of item successfully, long term users of ebay don't seem to bother leaving feedback (tho I have) which means I don't have a rating. I have asked politely for feedback but to no avail. What do I do in this situation?
I have been buying quite a few locomotive and carriages of this guage lately, with all of them being of an Australian model my only interest. Is it possible when listing these models for sale they could be categorised accordingly ie Australian, British, American etc. As it stands at the moment you need to pass through quite a number of items to find only a few of what interests you.
Hi, I had a Buyer who purchased an item I was selling, they didn't pay. So I opened a dispute for payment not received. After 10 days, still no payment, so I closed the unpaid item case without payment, received a final value fee credit and I have relisted my item. I want to leave the Buyer Negative feedback but I can't. Can anyone explain to me why I can't leave the negative feedback yet? Thanks.
Item sent to customer arrived broken he left negative feed back - obtaining a replacement item customer promised to remove negative feedback. After contacting customer three times negative feedback still remains despite customer claiming he has removed it. Can you please check that he has applied to have negative feedback removed. Regards
I sold a dress, when buyer received it she claimed it was faulty and said it was a factory second. I assured her that it was new still with tags but if she wasn't happy to return the dress and i will refund the purchase price to her, she then emailed saying she didn't want to send it back and will leave negative feedback, which she did as follows: 'Looks like a factory seconds, offered refund due to faults in dress, poor quality'. I left feedback reply - 'New dress, Not a second. Full refund offered in good faith but declined'. She then left further feedback to my reply : 'Dress was FAULTY, TOTAL RIP OFF even for the price..LOOKS LIKE A SECONDS TO ME. I feel these comments may effect any further sales. Is there anything I can do or should have done differently? By the way the buyer has (private) feedback so you can't see if she has done this sort of thing before!
I am new to selling, due to slight hiccup from supplier; the product sold was delivered late to buyers. Because of this reason got neg feedback and rating was low, buyer refused to retract neg feedback. So can any experienced seller's out there advise how to improved/speed up the rating process. Thanks in advance.
