Does anyone know why I no longer get international listing for glass from overseas. Usually when you type in a find request you get what is available in Australia and then at the bottom what is available overseas. For the past couple of days I only get Australian listings?
I recently sold a phone on ebay. The buyer is from US but has requested that i send this by Aus Post to Nigeria (fishy to me) and then forward the shipping confirmation so my payemnt can be forwarded by paypal.I have received several emails directly to my home email address instruting me to forward the phone. I havent yet sent the phone as l'm trying to get confirmation this is normally practice as i havent sold anything before on ebay. any advice would be greatful
I bought an MP3/4 player from a seller in Hong Kong for about $45 in May 2009, the player was faulty so I contacted seller to return the player and have another one sent. I sent the player BY registered post($18.00) to the seller, and have not received a replacement yet,I have been in contact with the seller repeatedly, had a few replies promising a replacement but now I get no reply to my mail, its been over 16 weeks now.How can I get a resolution from the seller. Regards gary8590
I recently came across a listing for a Mac computer, that was only $1000 US, it was completely new, so i jumped on it.
The seller said it was a private sale, and that i could not contact him via his ebay account, instead he provided an alternative email on his listing.
I decided to email him, as i was very interested, we had good communication, as he replyed each time almost instantly. He got ebay to email me an invoice, and told me i could pay through a Western Union money tranasferr. He also took off the listing at this point.
A few days passed and i sent through the payment, He had told me my item was ready to be shipped, with my name and address on it already.Being an international thing, the payment was still instant.
However when i emailed him to ask him if he recieved payment, there was no reply.. and he usually replyed instantly. For the next three days i emailed him every day, and still no reply.
The seller told me most of his customers recieve their good within 3 days.I payed on a Wednesday.. thrusday, friday passed, and then there was a weekend inbetween,Today is Monday and theres still no sign.
I keep contacting the seller but no reply. I'm worried something might be wrong, maybe he just stopped carring once he got his money? or maybe he has no intention of sending the item at all.. I'm not sure.
But he took off his listing, which means i dont have his ebay ID. I simply have his name and adress information, and his email. I hope thats enough to give over if the deal goes wrong.
Or is it too early to be worrying? What should i do?
I would like to purchase 1 or 2 bottles of perfume from USA and wanted to know what the australian customs regulations are and will the items cost me more
Greetings! I listed items on ebay.com.au and realised only bidder who logged on ebay.com.au could see the item I listed. Could someone please tell me how do I list items on ebay.com.au that people outside of Australia can see the item I listed? Ebay Help page says: use the "ship-to locations" section of the Sell Your Item Form. But I couldn't find the "ship-to locations" section? Much appreciated!
hey, i recently just posted some items for sale, i used ebay.com instead of ebay.com.au so i could sell my items quicker, and when i was posting some books, cds and dvds the postage thingy would not let me pass unless i gave us shipping under $5 which then became $3, and i then received an email saying a item had been sold and the shipping was $3 now ive managed to refund the money to the fella, because i was unclear of the us postage and stated that all buys or intended buyers should contact me no matter what prior to bidding to confirm s+h, and change the other listings but im still stuck on what to do,
i want to use australia post as my main courier but its pushing me into usps, which is gay.
im starting to regret posting anything on ebay to sell, how do i take down my posts and relist them with the correct sh info??

I'm new to ebay and was wondering, if someone bought an item from you and they were from America, can they somehow make a bank deposit into your account in Australia or do they have to use Paypal?
Can someone tell me where i can find the "post to worldwide option"? I've clicked on the add/remove options link and selected 'international services and options' and after it loaded up it only allows me two options "local pickup" and "will post to australia only"
I have found an Item I am interested in worth $3500, The seller has no history at all, member since 2006, pictures look great, I have asked questions about delivery, whick has been answered, how safe is this transaction?? checks out reasonably well, but no real identity, My question is What more can I do to feel comfortable that this is genuine, am I protected? what criterea does the seller need to put this item onlene?
