Hi, Just wondering what the procedures and time frame are for relisting items or giving second chance offers to other buyers. This is my predicament... I have been on ebay for a while and have as yet not had any dramas, but now I have a member who after winning an auction of mine has suddenly become unregistered! I have sent two invoices and the time frame for payment that I state is well and truly up!! I have looked at their feedback and 1 out of the 3 listed claims this buyer is a nonpayer, so I am assuming this is what has happened with me. Can anyone assist? Cheers
can someone help me out please I am a first time ebay/paypal user and I am unsure about this payment email. If someone can get in touch with me so I can send them the email and then you can tell me if its real or not?!
I listed an item and sold it with no probs. I tried again on Sunday 22nd, and every day since then. I cannot get the screen for selling an item to come up. When I hit the sell icon, the screen goes straight to the buy screen. Why is this happening ?
I am just devestated. I am the most honest person and I have been accused of posting an item when I did post it on the date. I was called a " Liar". Mind you she paid for the item on the 12th of november. I posted it on the 14th. Most of the time I even post items before payment is received. as I am usually a buyer, but I have just started selling for my daughter/family and I am just devestated. thankyou so much for your help. I am in tears today. Just got the email. I would never ever do the wrong thing by a person. never. so I want to block her right off due to the grief she has given me. right through the whole listing actually. I was a bit scared of her. thankyou everyone and have a lovely day.
I've been reading through the FAQs and notice that this option is greyed out if you have a rating of 20 or less. I have a feedback rating of 25 and it's still greyed out for me. I can't change the quantity. How can I fix this? Thanks.
Sorry, but I'm a bit new to all this. I placed a few items to sell and they have. Now it tells me that I have items eligible for second chance offer. Does this mean that my buyers don't want the items any more? I have fwd'd inv and messages for the items sold, but haven't heard back. I'm not to concerned about this as yet as I only sent them in the early hours of this morning. Pls help a confused virgin ebayer...
I have listed 30 items. I checked my listings by searching in Seller ID when I wasn't signed in to Ebay and only 18 are listed under my Seller ID. Help! can anyone tell me if this is happening to them. I am concerned as I have noticed that there is hardly any bids or watchers and that is why I decided to have a look.
A buyer bought an item 13 days ago. She loves the skirt but notices a few 'pulls' in it.
I told her that if she is not happy with her purchase, then to please return the skirt for a full refund and I would pay for the return postage.
A few days later I still don't have the item. So I emailed her to ask if she had sent back the item yet. That was 5 days ago and she still has not replied.
Tonight I check her feedback. She is a SELLER herself! Just today she has left and received about 10 feedbacks all up (so I know she's obviously been eBaying).
What can I do in this situation? I would be soooo upset if she decides to return the item when SHE feels like it! (I prefer returns within 7 days of receiving item).
Hi, My item failed to sell at auction. I have now been contact by an ebay member wanting to purchase the item. Can I sell it to them and how do I go about it? Windsweptfm
Hi folks havent been here for years yet when there is a problem I know where the best info is. Have just made a sale of oddbodz cards to a buyer who has been a member since 2006 and has (0) feedback odd yes but not a crime. Well the sale just completed and checked his/her address and it does not exist apparently he lives at Doofus Street, Ambarvale NSW. His ebay name is nickcanollie. It is odd we don't know what the game is, has anyone had this happen to them and what are our rights when the address seems incorrect. Any help would be appreciated because we would like to offer the cards to the other bidder.
I have sold a treadmill to a buyer and they have emailed me once saying that they cannot pay by cash although it clearly was put onto the ad that the sale would be cash only. How can I or what can I do to get this money from them?
Hi bad angel good to see you sre still around. havn't been on ebay or discuusion board for nearly two years. my question is one that you have probably had in the past re why one cannot put a reserve price on items, [excluding vehicles], unless this has changed. Thank you for all your past help. Regards. George
Hi helpfuls I sold an item in Oct. Buyer has today sent the item back for a refund and a postage return refund. This person is "very hard to deal with" and even though I am in the right here and don't have to refund for "change of mind", it is not worth the stress and further nasty emails by this person. I just want to refund and block them and move on.
My question is, in PayPal I cannot find the transaction to reverse the payment. It says the transaction is there for 60 days but I can't find it. Do I have to do a "send money" or is there some way I can track it down in PayPal as 60 days has not yet passed? Thanks for your help
