Assistants does not mean HELP.
Assistance means HELP which is what you will get if you post on one of the other appropriate boards for the issue you are having.
Do you need help with...
Buying? Go to the buying board. Selling? Go to the selling board. Paypal? Go to the Paypal board
etc etc etc. (I'm sure you get the idea now!)
To choose the appropriate board for you, click on Answer Centre at the top of this page just above the yellow line, and you will find the main board index which you can select from.
*note to helpful bumpers* maybe just once a week or so might suffice so the thread lasts longer?
I have beem reading all of the ebay pages but yet unable to contact ebay. All of the questions that I would like to ask are not in their brop down file, and if your message dose not relate to a drop down line it will not allow you to send a email.
hi we have contacted ebay about this seller and they have cancelled the strike he gave us as they read the emails he sent us but the problem is were still getting more is there any way we can block this seller thanks.
200406224527 I have placed a bid on a fisher paykel top loader washing machine and directly beside it is an address in Sunnybank Brisbane for local pick and on the very bottom of the product it states Forest hill Victoria. I need to with drawl the bid as I cannot pick it up locally when it states 2 conflicting addresses. Laurie
Hi I bought a chocolate fountain from ebay advertise as brand new never used, this machine arrived and it is broken dirty, and has got missing parts, i would like to know the next step to get my money back.
In early October I won 2 items from an overseas seller. However the seller was deregistered. A few weeks later, the seller was reregistered and I won another item, but the seller was deregistered immediately before I paid for these items. I felt a lack of confidence and contacted ebay but only received computer-engendered answers which were no help. I have not heard from the seller since, but the items are still on my screen unpaid. Can I get rid of these items? They were not expensive; the postage would cost more than the items and I intended originally to buy more from this seller to make up for postage charge. Please someone help me here..thanks
I have just made my very first purchase on ebay this evening, and was thrilled. However once I won the item i realised the seller has 2 sizes on the garment that was up for sale. As i only came into the garment in the last 90 seconds or so, i scrolled down to check the size and the first size i saw was 16, hence why i bid. After the purchase i revisited the item and it also read size 10, which is no good to me. I have already paid by way of paypal, and have emailed the seller just to confirm the size. As scrolled down further the seller gave fitting measurements, i now know that this item is a sizw 10 and not a 16. Can i cancel the purchase?
Hi All, If I want to become a Trading Assistant, where would I have to go to apply? I know that I would have to list and describe their items for them, and do what I would have to do like I was selling my item. However, for the life of me I can't find where I can go to do research to learn about the upsides and downsides, or how I would benefit by becoming a Trading Assistant. Any help on this topic would be much appreciated. Thank you, Lisa.
Hi could someone please help with this, I am looking at purchasing an item, that is listed 5 more available. The member is asking for my details outside ebay and said he can organise ebay to invoice a receipt , to pay on palpay . can this be done?
Hi, I have a few similar/same items for sale but do not want have prices published on feedback as I may vary price of the same item depending on variables (age, condition,e.t.c.). Would it be within rules - if yes,how to affect that? Thanks, jgeebel
