I found a similar question to this but there were no answers so thought I would ask again,
I have wasted hours today trying to list items that have ended. Tried a number of different tactics EG. List similar instead of relist, and get error message Item (quotes original Item No) is not activated, not on database and not a live action item.
I cannot get rid of old item no and so item will not upload.
I lost a lot of my original listings when my computer crashed and thought relisting from ended items would at least save me some time - HOW WRONG!!!!!
The refund policy box is also hopeless - I'm sure you could put more of your own info previously.
When I started Turbo Lister today it acted as if it was my first time using it and took me through all the synchronizing steps it would usually do when setting up new files. I thought this was weird as I use it every week!! Anyway, it lost all my backup data somehow and I had to start from scratch. I made a new listing and then saved it as a template, however when I went to calculate fees (before uploading it) it returned the following error: Error:- No <Item.Country> exists or <Item.Country> is specified as an empty tag in the request. What am I missing? I think I've filled out all the fields just like I used to have in my usual listings. Is there a new field somewhere? Help!!
I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER AND HAVE DOWNLOADED TURBO LISTER AGAIN. I HAVE SYNCRONIZED IT FOR THE 90 DAYS BUT IT WILL ONLY COME UP WITH MY NEWER LISTINGS (7 DAYS)
IN THE HELP IT SAYS I CAN RELIST ITEMS FROM EBAY~ TURBO LISTER HELP SAYS: Relisting items from eBay Explains how to relist items that exist on eBay.
To relist items: To relist items, select Tools > Relist Items from eBay. In the Relist Items from eBay window, specify which listings you would like to relist. Click Import. Note: Each time you connect to send items to eBay, eBay Turbo Lister automatically checks for system updates and displays a message with the update status.
I CAN'T CLICK ON THIS BUTTON!!!! IT IS GREY NOT BLACK
IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME GET THE ITEMS BACK ON TURBO LISTER I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT
Hi I need to get my computer serviced so it would make sense (from a security perspective) to be signed out of things like Turbo Lister. How can I sign out/log out of Turbo Lister?
It would seem anyone who is on my computer can just click the Turbo Lister icon and TL will simply open up showing all my listings and data. Please help. Thanks!
Turbo Lister is really annoying me. I used the CSV format listed in your pages to bulk upload my items and it's been one mismatch after another.
The latest one is with the shipping carrier. When I upload, it shows up correctly in the Inventory tab. Shipping Type: Flat, Shipping Service: US Postal Service Media Mail. I send it up to the "waiting to upload tab". When I try to upload, I get the error.
"At least one domestic shipping service must be specified when listing in the games category."
I'm having a lot of trouble with Turbo lister at the moment, the worst being that sometimes Description Builder wont open. (more often it is when I try to reopen to do a correction) I have to end program and start again in order to use Turbo lister at all. Anyone who knows I would really appreciate help. Rose
I am trying to edit a few listings before I upload them and turbo lister keeps shutting down on me! is this a tech problem or am I doing something wrong? Any answers Please???? thks
I have successfully used Turbo Lister 2 for months and can currently still upload items, but every time I have tried to "synchronise" in the last three days it attempts to synchronise then shuts down completely. A message comes up saying: TI.exe - Application error. The instruction at "Ox749860a0" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate program.
Every other function on my computer works just fine. What does the message mean? What should I do? Regards, Val
i have a problem with turbo lister...after clicking upload, there is a pop up box said total fees cant be calculated coz had item error. correct problems with the items and try again error: failed to submit image..
i hv corrected the images already but still cant upload.
Hello there Is anybody experiencing long delay today 7.11.09, with Turbo Lister listings, appearing on eBay? I thought there was something wrong with the way I saved my listings on Turbo Lister; redid them, only to find error saying they'd already been uploaded to eBay. However, no scheduled listings are shown on eBay? Four to six hours have elapsed since the first few were listed. I realize one can expect some delay, but this is ridiculuous. Is there something I have to do, to "help" them on the way??? Any help with this matter, please? >oo<
This isn't a "REAL" question about TL2, but just noticed this "Ebay LOGO" indicates response from eBay Staff.up the top of threads and wondered if it has ever appeared. It seems to me we are left our own devices and if it wasn't for all the kind Ebayers who respond to our questions TL2 would probably hardly be used.
Come on eBay - how about some help from the programmers of TL2.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!! I'M DESPERATE. Since I have been using TL, I have not had to specify Postage cost as I post such a variety of goods. The other night I did an update and now I have to put in the postage cost. Does anyone know how to show 'not specified'. I hope someone can help me.
